  • Photographs: 4 Passport size photographs of both Bride and Groom.
  • Witness Documents: PAN card and Aadhaar card of 3 witnesses.
  • Marital Status Proof: If any party was previously married, Divorce Decree or Death Certificate of previous spouse.

Witness Guidelines

Three witnesses are legally required to sign the marriage register at the sub-registrar office.

  • Witnesses can be relatives, family friends, or colleagues.
  • All witnesses must have completed 18 years of age.
  • Aadhaar and PAN cards of witnesses must be submitted at the time of notice filing.

Legal Eligibility

  • Groom Age: Must be 21+ Years Old.
  • Bride Age: Must be 18+ Years Old.
